Lip Service

Once again bloody and blackened lips pouted at the runway shows as seen at the
John Galliano - Fall Winter 2011/2012 collection.  
  
If a dark, vampy shade like this  feels too gothic to begin with, you can ease into it with a little layering.
Applied first, a single coat of  a classic red gives life to a mulberry or blue black toned lipstick layered on top and offers a transitional phase while you warm to the trend.

ARTDECO Tutorial

(1) Outline your lips with Soft Lip Liner waterproof. The color should match your lipstick. Correct any symmetrical mistakes on the lip contour.
(2) Now apply your lipstick. Use a lip brush for the best results.
(3) Press your lips against a paper tissue to remove any excess pigments before applying a gloss.
(4) Finish with a touch of Glossy Lip Finish to add a particularly glamorous effect to a totally kissable mouth!
